The Office de la Mer> Serving the common good 20 years of dialogue, thought and initiatives… The Office de la Mer (the Sea Office) is an independent association created in 1988. It is a meeting-place where all those involved in maritime matters concerning Marseille consider, build, co-ordinate and preserve the bond between our Phocaean city and the Mediterranean. As the hub of many projects and memorable events, the Office de la Mer acts as a centre of expertise, skills, information and initiatives, serving the residents, businesses, associations and local authorities of the Marseille area.
